2. |
How do I know that my child is learning
the correct things? |
| |
|
Besides having academic qualifications, our teachers
are also required to undergo specialized in-house training to ensure
that the highest standards and quality are met. |
| |
|
|
| |
3. |
Are children adequately supervised? |
| |
|
JKIDS emphasis a lot on attention
and individual learning, we have thus maintained a low teacher to
children ratio to ensure that all children are adequately supervised
and get the attention they need. |

4. |
If my child is sick and has a valid medical certificate,
will there be a make-up lesson for him? Or can I pay less for the
lessons missed? |
| |
|
Unfortunately, due to the tight schedules and popularity
of the classes, we would not be able to offer any make-up classes
for missed lessons, while full payment is still required. |

5. |
Can my child bring his/her meal to the JKIDS
Center? |
| |
|
Bringing food to the center is not recommended at all
times. This is to prevent pest problems and to maintain a high degree
of hygiene in the center. |

Can my child attend the lesson more than once a week? |
| |
|
Of course, he is welcome to do so. You can choose the
day and time for the additional lesson. Please contact our staff for
